The hummingbird is a symbol of healing, resiliency, and courage. I believe in meeting my clients where they are in their healing path to provide support during this time. My approach to
counselling caters to the individual I am working with and I have experience with cognitive behavioural therapy, talk therapy, nature-based activities and expressive therapies (using art, music,
play and other creative avenues). I believe in taking a client-centered approach which allows the client to be in charge of their own healing process.
I believe that every person has what they need to be healthy, happy and empowered within them. My role as a counsellor is to help clients access this information and guide individuals as they discover how to take steps to a healthier, happier and more fulfilled life.
